How does the Partner Program work?
Available to any commercial or residential agents, our Referral Program pays you a fee or percentage for each person that you refer to us that rents any size storage unit.
When the new renter signs his/her contract, we will verify it against agents lead submissions and allocate the refferal fee to the assigned agent.
Once the new renter has completed all the nessecary documents and made payment to Storage Genie , we will automatically update you via email and pay you the commission.
Are there restrictions?

The referral program is available to any agent.

The new renter must complete and sign a lease and make payment to Storage Genie.

There are NO restrictions on how many customers you can refer to us.

There are NO restrictions on how much money you could make just on sending us leads!
Does the new renter receive any move-in specials?
We often have move-in specials available for new renters. Offers vary with sizes and availability.
SIMPLE STEPS
Step1. Register using the Create an account button in the left hand menu.
Step2. Login with the username and password you created.
Step3. Once you have logged in click Register Agent.- Fill out the agent registration form and submit , you will see "Register agent successful"
Step4.Click submit lead on the left hand menu.
- Fill out the lead submission form.
- You will be notified by email whenever the status of a lead has been changed.
- You can view the leads you have submitted and the status by clicking List leads in the left hand menu
